In order to not overwhelm the ticketing site, sales open in a staggered timeline by SHOW.
Show #1 Sat. June 13th - 1:00pm Ticket Sales Open: 12:00pm
Show #2 Sat. June 13th - 5:30pm Ticket Sales Open: 1:00pm
Show #3 Sun. June 14th - 1:00pm Ticket Sales Open: 2:00pm
There are four orchestra sections available for purchase at different price points.
If needed, Mezzanine Section seats will be added.
All tickets regardless of section will be $30 on the day of the show.
Premium Orchestra $35
Center Orchestra $30
Side Orchestra $25
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
All accounts must be current. If you order tickets with an outstanding balance, your tickets are VOID.
You should know the show in which your dancer will perform. We have 3 shows. We informed you by the Costume Balance Sheet email sent in March and it is posted on the “All Things Recital” page in the Parent Portal at pernadancecenter.com/recital under “Shows and Routines listed by Dancer”. If you are still unsure, please call the studio.
All attendees ages 2 and up must have a ticket to attend the show, per the fire code.
Choose your tickets carefully! If you need to refund or exchange your tickets, please call the studio. Due to credit card processing fees and other factors, there is a $5 fee PER TICKET for refunds or exchanges - SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL & ACCURATE WITH YOUR PURCHASE!
There is no limit on how many tickets you can purchase. Prices for Advance Tickets are below. All tickets purchased at the door on the day of the show will be $30, regardless of section.
We strongly encourage our families to check out the ticketing site BEFORE Ticket Day and set up an account. Instructions on how to create or access your account, as well as instructions on how to purchase tickets, can be found below
How to Set Up Your BookTix Account:
Go to pdc.booktix.com/login
If you have previously purchased PDC tickets through BookTix, you can use the same login information. Enter your email address and password in the boxes on the left, then click the blue “Login” button
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the blue “Forgot Password?” link.
On the next page, enter your email address and click the blue button labeled “Email Password Reset Link”.
Go to your email inbox and click on the email from BookTix with the subject “Reset Password Notification” (check your spam folder if you do not see the email). Once in the email, click on the dark button labeled “Reset Password”
You will be brought back to the BookTix site where you can enter a new password. Make sure to click the blue “Reset Password” button when you are done.
Once you’ve reset your password, you will need to login with your email and new password.
If you need to create an account, click the blue “Create An Account” button on the right under “New Audience Members”.
Enter your information, and then click the blue “Register Now” button at the bottom
You will now need to verify your email address. Go to the inbox of the email you used to register an account, and click on the email from BookTix with the subject “BookTix Verification Email”. Click the white button inside the email that says “Verify Email Address”.
Once you verify your email address, you will be brought back to pdc.booktix.com and automatically logged in to your account
How To Purchase Your Tickets:
Go to pdc.booktix.com
It is strongly suggested that you login as soon as you get to the site to save time, however you can sign in once you you’ve selected your tickets before completing the transaction
On the Home Page, click the blue button labeled “Purchase”
On the next page, click the blue button corresponding to the desired Show date and time that you want to purchase tickets for. Double check the date and time for your dancer’s show!
On the next page, using the clickable seating chart to select your desired tickets. Hovering over a seat will give you more info on that seat, while clicking will select the ticket and add it to your list on the right. You can remove a ticket from your selection by clicking it again on the seating chart or clicking the X next to that ticket in the right hand list.
Once you have selected all your seats, click the blue button labeled “Add to Cart”.
On the next page, review your selected tickets. When you are ready to purchase, click the blue button labeled “Checkout”. If you’d like to go back and select more tickets, click the white button labeled “Keep Shopping”.
If you have not already logged in, you will be prompted to Login or Create an Account. If you have previously purchased PDC tickets on BookTix, you can use the same login information. See above for instructions on how to create or access your BookTix account
Complete your transaction and make sure to fill out all fields. There is a time limit on how long tickets will remain in your cart so don’t delay.
Your Tickets will be sent to the email address you entered for your Account. You will be able to access your tickets anytime by logging into your BookTix account at pdc.booktix.com
