Souvenir Program Ads & Presales
Deadline: Friday May 8th
The Souvenir Program is a full size program that lists every performer in each dance, class photos, a summary of highlights from the past year at the studio, and a dancer memory page for autographs. EACH DANCER receives one copy of the Souvenir Program as a part of their Recital Package.
To continue being able to provide this special keepsake for our students, we rely on the sale of Program Ads.
Please help us continue this wonderful tradition for our students. This is a great way to congratulate your star on their performance and hard work throughout this year of dance!
Your ad will be featured in our printed Souvenir Program, shared with all students and available to every audience member. Plus, it will be showcased in our Pre-Show Video, playing before each performance—so your message shines on the big screen!
Note about Photos: You can use photo/s from the Picture Day Experience with professional photographer Peter Dant for your ad the Souvenir Program or your own personal photo/s. It is your responsibility to purchase the digital rights to your photo from the photographer - we will not accept any watermarked images.
Note about Pre-Orders: If you wish to have an additional copy of the Souvenir Program, you can pre-order one for $5 until May 8. Programs will be available at the door on the day of the show for $8, in limited quantity.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PAYMENT:
In order to accept ads from other family members, friends, and community businesses, this form is setup to collect payment online. Once you submit your ad, you will be provided a LINK - click the link to complete your transaction. We will only print ads that have been paid for by the submission deadline.
